Day 5 - Days of christmas event

It's Day 5 of the 'Days of Christmas' event at Cards for Men.

I made my card using some lovely decoupage i got from a friend, it is a simple creation and didnt take too long, i am way behind in my cards this year ive even had to buy some!!!!!
