lets go floral

Hi guys yet again i find im behind with my post, but in my defence ive just come of holiday lol, and still not back to normality yet,

yesterday saw our new challenge go live over at Cardmadfairy digi days and our theme is floral, but remember you have to use digi images to qualify!!!

Here is my card, i kept the design simple and just embossed some pale blue card and added the layered fabric flower,card candy and stickles to the flowers and used some stampin up elastic, not much else there really.

I was in a blue mood not literally lol but fancied a nice blue card for this lol, its 6x6 inch in size and was really quick and easy to make, i left sentiment off then i thought i could use it for any occasion,

Christmas !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope my scheduled post has arrived lol, as we speak i should be at school for the end of year assembly, and our headmaster is retiring :-( so we are having a surprise gift giving assembly as well so i shall be busy for a while today.

Anyway our newest challenge at Cardmadfairy is all about christmas....now i know its only july but for those of us that like to get prepared this could be the nudge you need to get started, ive made 4 or 5 cards so far this year lol but was supposed to make a couple a month lol however i have said that every year lol.

the papers are freebies from my craft mag and the digi is of course a cardmadfairy image

Can you believe where nearing the middle of may already!!!!!!!! jeeeeeeeez its gonna be C C C i cant even say it lol,

Anyway we are starting a new theme over at Cardmadfairy's digi days and we have a reallit simple challenge for you..............

CLEAN AND SIMPLE

as you can see mine is just that lol,

i used dcwv butterflies and blossoms matt stack, purple linen paper meiflower satin ribbon and of course that amazing digi is faye from Cardmadfairy Creations.

 The flowers are from the daisy woodware punches using the same papers and card stock as in the rest of the card, then i popped a couple of lilac pearl gems and bobs ya uncle lol

 Its a bit pink lol,

 i used this fabby digi of jennis isnt she cute lol and only 99p

 and here is the full pic of the card, the star and numbers are chipboards and the sentiment is from craftwork cards, and then i popped some gems on and paper flowers.

Crikey these fridays dont half come round fast lol, its time for our fortnightly challenge over at Cardmadfairy's digi days and this time we are looking for............

APRIL SHOWERS

so take that as you will and get creating lol, i chose to get my bind it all out as it hasnt seen the light of day for over 6 whole months maybe more, as typically its been freezing here this last week i thought id go with one of jenni's aka cardmadfairy's images that was well covered up and ready for anything, but of course it wouldnt be complete without the usual british hopes of sun so i printed out the sentiment and stuck it on there,

seeing as ive been in a greeny/aqua colour mood of late i thought why not continue lol, so the colours are white and aqua/green.

The rest of the cmfdd Dt have created some stunning pieces for you too and would be fab if you could pop by and have a look, also you may want to find out who the lucky top 3 and winner was from our last theme,

Because we have had to say goodbye to a few members of our team recently we would like to announce a DT call at Cardmadfairy's Digi Days, it is open until the 27th of April and we're looking for a minimum of three new members. Everyone will be considered - we're interested in variety of styles and it doesn't matter whether you have had any previous DT experience or not. Cardmadfairys digi days - Die cuts and punches

Good morning guys!!! just got in there before dinner time lol, We had a lovely time yesterday celebrating my lovely lad kyles 3rd birthday, I organised him a lovely tea party, invited some of my great friends and thier children and mamas and grandads, he had a fabby time, here is a piccie of him blowing out his massive candle lol not that you can see the flame lol and he nearly lost his chin in his cake, thats alex my eldest in the background he is 6, i think he is mimicking blowing out the candle lol.

Im afraid im a terrible blogger and dt member again as id made my dt card for Cardmadfairy's digi days but with my hectic days recently i forgot to upload it, and also forgot to schedule a post so i must say a big sorry to my fellow dt guys and of course jenni, (((((((hugs)))))))

So anyway i shall finally get down to business and let you know about our new challenge which has gone live today!!!!

\im yet again late with my post, im sooooo sorry im useless lol, in my defence my laptop is broke so have to use hubbies and her was on it all night so couldnt schedule it and i have had a ptfa meeting at school till now,

Anyway We have a new challenge for you at Cardmadfairy's digi days, and its all for MUM, i Chose to use this lovely digi of jennis as i love it!!! and chose lovely purples and lilacs as mu mum likes those colours, The prima flowers and paper rose are all layered up and a couple of pins to finish off,

I popped some stickles and gems on those flowers to make them more blingy!!! soz the pic is upside down lol, like i say im on hubbys old lappy and its not as user friendly as mine lol.
