Recycled easter egg foils

Hi folks

I had my crafty afternoon yesterday and couldnt wait to get stuck in, after my hubby and boys had made a start on thier easter eggs i had an idea to save the coloured foils,

A month or two back i bought some chipboard shapes (on board)from Stampin up and had opened them but didnt know what to do with them, so when the thought entered my mind i couldnt wait to get started,

it was quite fiddly as the foil is so thin but i managed to get it on well in the end,

 I tore the patterned papers up for the back ground and used a papermakup sentiment stamp, and the birdies is a stamp from unity,

the card blank is DL in size, i used my greens and white ink pad an blenders to the dp papers to give more effect

What do you think???

i know its different for me but i quite like this, im thinking recycling sweet wrappers is my next task lol.

8. C.R.A.F.T  - easter or spring (both spring inspired, used easter egg foils lol)
