Fancy a bit of karate!!!!

This post is really late im afraid i had it in my head it wasnt due till next week so hadnt even scheduled or drafted it lol,

Anyway We have a new challenge out today at Cards For Men And its a simple one if ever there was one lol, we are all about......HAPPY BIRTHDAYS so as long as its masculine and its for a birthday then your in lol,

here is my card for you, its all monochromatic lol as wanted to keep it in line with the little karate kids ghee lol, i used the charcoal dovecrafts paper pack which ive had forever (about 4yrs)

 And Also got the chance to use my stamping up pennants punch, then all i added was some 1.5 cm satin ribbon,sakura pen for faux stitching, my promarkers and a craft work cards sentiment and thats pretty much it,

I know it may not be everyones cup of tea but im quite pleased with it, maybe i could have added a bit of colour but never mind now lol,

Good afternoon to all my lovely cyber friends, sorry if i get the occasional typo, im writing with those darned metal wrist splints on lol,

 isnt it a better day today lol tho it wont be lasting as its given rain for tomorrow, so whilst its nice i have washed the voiles and gotten them on the line lol,

Ive been and had my hair done again this morning as it was in need of a trim and a colour to get rid of the ever returning silver hairs lol

Anyway on tuesday my mum gave me 2 orders that needed to be done for saturday!!!!

one was for a chap who likes golf(this card im showing you today will be for him)

and the other was to have cats on,

ill share that one with you later.

So Here is my golf card, if you didnt know already it is using a bugaboo image!!! arent these just amazing? i love every single one of those, espesh the humourous ones, im just deciding wether to add the lost my balls comment on the inside lol.

I made the card using the papermania papers, card candy, pastel blue card stock and lots of stickles lol, the sentiment i purchased from a cyber friend so not sure whos they are,

Here is a close up of my colouring, what do you think? ive been practicing alot these days as ive spent fair few evenings in on my own with hubby at work so took the chance to get my pro's and copics out,

can you see all that sparkle lol, im addicted to shiny things lol

Gone fishing!!!!

.Good afternoon guys, its been as per usual quite busy here at the house of tomlinson lol what with swim classes and combat classes lol,

I have made this card for a friend to give to her fella from thier kiddies, he loves fishing so i thought this lotv stamped image was perfect!!!

i coloured it in with my promarkers and added some stickles onto the water to add some depth and shine,

also i put on blue grossgrain ribbon but didnt want a bow so i ruffled it up and stick it on like this,

here is a close up to try and show you the water and my dodgy colouring lol, i can do some decent colouring sometimes but this one just didnt quite turn out how i wanted lol,

The papers are the old dovecraft masculine paper pack, i use these all the time as i love the look of the cards using these papers.

Good morning (just) how have your jubilee festivities been? we have had party after party here lol

im currently cradling a sore head from last nights party lol what a fab night it was too, we where supposed to be going home early but it was about 11pm when we got in,

Anyway here is a card i made for my dad as it is his birthday today,

i used a kenny k image as these are fabulous, and coloured him with promarkers and put load of stickles on it so it really glitters up.

then i mixed up the papers from dovecraft and stampin up, added 3 rows of ribbon and some blue brads.

Ive been a busy busy bee

Hi folks

Just got in from fetching alex from school, and was going to pull some weeds up and guess what ???? its started chucking it down!!!!! so instead i thought i would share a couple of cards with you.

Card 1

I made this first one for my sisiter to give to her friend, apparently he is a keen boxing fan, i didnt have anything suitable in my stash so had to google free images, i used my kanban backing card stock and ruffled up some silver ribbon and thats pretty much it really, its a 7x5 inch card blank.

 Here is a closer pic of card to show you all the stickles i put on the gloves, its mounted on silver holographic card and pearl dark blue.

Card 2

I made this for a friend to give to her daughter, she asked me if i could do pink/glitter/butterfly/flowers/name/age on a card so i thought about it for a bit and came up with this....i know she likes animals and has pets so this lotv image seemed the perfect choice and age appropriate also,

I used the baby dcwv glittered matt stack, all other stuff form my stash, you cant see the glitter to well on this pic the one below is slightly better

Here is a better pic of the glitter and the image, i also popped some glossy accents on the noses of the animal,
