Isnt she a pretty princess

As some of you may remember from my post the other day, i am now on the design team for the digi garden, well here is another card i made using thier images!!! isnt she lovely, thier images are all cute and so easy to colour in.

Today sees the beginning of a new challenge over at Dutch dare card challenges and I made this card for the design team there, the theme is.....................RIBBON AND LACE.

the papers i used are from an old paper pad magazine freebie from kate knight,

I put star dust stickles on the edges to give it that bit extra sparkle, and the brads in the middle of the flowers look like buttons, and the dream come true ticket stamp is a whimsy stamp, these are so versatile.

keepin it simple

Im sorry im late posting my Cards for men design team card!!! i have been on the phone most of the morning taking calls for applicants for the job i have got at the job centre lol and photocopying coshh lol and i forgot till now that i hadnt scheduled it last night, what a naughte dt member i am lol,

well anyway better late than never i guess???

We have a sketch for you this time which you can find over at Cards for men, here is my simple card using the sketch,

There are no patterned papers or anything on this design, just some lovely blue papers and card candi, the twine is really easy to pop on but i think adds that bit extra interest?? i got it from stamping up.

Here is a close up of the image from delicious doodles, i love this image and use it often, its sooo versatile and i reckon good for any fellas card.

I have a new card to share with you!!

i was lucky enough a short while back to be asked to design for the Digi garden divas and seeing as there images are fabulous what could i say lol,

I chose to use this fab image as i fancied a challenge and she is sooo cute lol

i dont actually have any halloween stash so i had to improvise lol, i used my orange sakura souffle pen an stardust stickles to draw on the cobwebs. and the orange satin ribbon is from meiflower, i think i probably have all the ribbons from meiflower now lol

Would you believe we are 3 years old this week at Creative craft challenges!!!!

Its gone so fast i cant believe it was that long a bunch of us fellow crafters sat round the table discussing wether to venture into challenge blog land lol, needless to say we went for it lol, I am the last one left form the original few lol.

I chose the orange/purple/green/flowers part of the picture for my inspiration when i made this card,

I have a few absolute fave digi designers and kenny k are one of my faves lol, for this challenge our lovely boss kelly is cponosring the challenge,

I took this pic to show the bling that ive added, now when i say bling i  just mean shed loads of gems lol,

And again at this angle, i wanted better flowers on the card but didnt have the colours i wanted so i used my punches which were gathering dust and punched out flowers in soordinated paper stock,

 The papers were from a old paper stack i got from a craft fayre so no actual brand on them, but they are all these colours inside, i really like them and will be gutted when ive used them all,

Cards For men- Dt card

Here is my design team card for Cards for men, ive been a bit rubbish lately as started work so times been a bit pants for ym crafting, but im slowly getting back upto scratch lol, i hope my card was worth the wait lol!!!!

Our challenge at Cards for men this time round is.....BLACK AND ORANGE

and we are being sponsored by the amazing kenny k whom offered the dt thier images, dontcha just love kenny k cos i sure do!!!

Now i must admit orange and black was a tricky colour combo for me as i dont have lots of orange stash , but i managed to make this card,

its basically black and white with orange emblies.

here is a close up of the promarker coloured kenny k image, isnt she fab!!! my lad alex who is 6 chose it when he won a challenge on here bless him, along with 5 other younger style images,i think he was thinking of me when he chose this one as im a karaoke fanatic lol, the rest he chose where young boy images lol.

To do the ribbon i doudled up on 2 diff styles and twisted them together, i think it looks pretty decent??

I hope you like my orange and black dt card, i am actually fairly pleased with it despite my lack of orange stuff lol,

Fantasy at creative crafts

Good morning guys, i know ive been off line a bit more than usual but ive started work this week and been prepping for the big day for few weeks,
