A combination card for Cute card thurs and few more

I had a commision for a card for a man and his wife who's birthdays are on the same day,
well rather than want a card each the lady wanted a joint card!!!
well what am i to do? i didnt want a girly card with a fella's name on an vice versa so here's what happened

I would like to enter this card into a few challenges please,
